About Us

Future Living Foundation is a forming initiative to develop and implement a powerful set of principles - a foundation for creating future-proof architecture/design of dwelling spaces and live/work processes to maximize the human potential and minimize the resource usage. 

Taking clues from software development (web applications, Linux kernel), we hope to give similar properties (flexibility, extendability, mobility, multi-purpose usage, etc) to new dwelling environments (houses, work spaces, etc)

The open source nature of the initiative would also allow for joining the efforts of Tempohousing, ContHouse.com, Quantified Self and others that work on future living technologies.

In parallel, creating proof-of-concept dwelling environments to test, fine-tune and demonstrate the principles will be a big part of the Foundation's efforts.
